The first 50 contestants of season 3's The Biggest Loser, that's what!
It's shaping up to be a season of surprises and one cat that's out of the bag: For the first time ever, 50 contestants--one per state--are going to show up at the ranch in search of weight loss, a new way of life and possibly that $250,000 grand prize.
It's a great idea, considering this country's sad slide into obesity--that each state has a shot of shining at the finale.
One other surprise, there's a new trainer--Kim Lyons!
Here's a short bio for her:
Kim has a degree in Human Development and Nutrition from Colorado State University, and has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has written on health and exercise for Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness, and Self magazines. In addition, she is one of the fitness industry’s most widely photographed models, having appeared on more than 30 covers and in many more articles. And if that weren’t enough, Kim is a highly successful international fitness competitor. Not only does she have her IFBB pro card, but she was named Ms. Galaxy Fitness in 2000.
